Children's and Teenagers' Meditation Courses

Ages 8-12 and 13-16

Dear Young Friend,

We are happy to inform you about the Anapana meditation courses. Please carefully read the General Information and also the Code of Conduct for your age group.

During the course, you will learn how to practice Anapana meditation along with the five precepts. These courses have been specifically designed for you. You will have the chance to practice Anapana meditation with guided instructions in the meditation hall for periods of about 20 minutes. These sessions are interspersed with story and discussion sessions, break periods and games and art activities throughout the day.

Both you and your parent or guardian are welcome to fill out an application form if you would like to participate.
